MSD: 3D Visualizer: Preferences Window does not open

Hello,

I would like to change some settings in the MSD 3D Visualizer but the preferences window does not open at all. Some weeks ago I saw this window but now: nothing.

Can anybody help me in that topic?

This can happen if the stored layout is corrupted somehow.
You can reset the layout by using the Startup Options dialog.
The instructions on how to do that can be found on page 4 of the PDF file in the 'What are the 'Startup Options’of MSD 3D Visualizer?’ FAQ item on our website.
