this happens intermittently and in the bar on the bottom it says something to the effect of “scanning for codemeter” how do I make it stop? I have the one-key with msd license inserted into a usb hub, everything should be good to go.
The message “scanning for codemeter” would suggest that MSD is having problems with accessing the Codemeter (Martin One) Key.
Please move the key to a USB port directly on the computer if possible and see if that solves the problem.
oh. so the usb hub might be causing an issue? that’s unfortunate.
