I am having an issue with making library backup files on lightjockey 2. I normally make a backup every couple of weeks but I went to make one today and the size of the file shows 0kb at the bottom of the window and when I click to save it, it gives me an error window with no error code and it doesn’t save a backup. I don’t have a way to save my show currently and I made a lot of updates so I’m really hoping there’s a way to fix this without throwing away what I’ve added since my last backup. Thanks.
Try to save the back outside of the default program file folder as Windows is a lot more protective of that part now.
