replacement encoders nx2

I am trying to find a replacement encoder for the nx2. The 10k ohm var res vertical switch on elations website is the gm encoder not the main 4 encoders anyone know where to order the actual replacement encoders from

hi and thanks for the response i found the black plastic piece however i need the actual resistor the part that this goes on top of.

Sorry about that. Try this one. According to the listing, there are 4 on the console. It’s possible they are the same part, but that’s a question for support for verification.

Also, make sure you are looking under the NX2 category and not the NX4. As the NX2 doesn’t have a main “dimmer” encoder like the NX4. So if you are seeing that in the parts category you might be looking at the wrong console.
