A version error message ....

Software Version: 4.32.1302
NX 1 - PC O/S: Window$ 10 and 11

We have an NX1 at the theatre (v4.32.1302) and most of us use the PC (also v4.32.1302) at home or on the theatre’s computer bringing the changes over using a USB stick. Since moving to 4.32 we get an error that the software versions are not the same when we attempt to transfer the files from home to the theatre system. The software version numbers at home and in the theatre are identical. It is a common error for each of our techs so not just one computer. Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks in advance.

Please could you provide a copy of one of the show files that is resulting in this error when loaded?

On the NX1, please go to ONYX > Menu > About > About. Please then take a photo of this screen, and send this to us too.

We will then be able to investigate further.
