Luminode → RDM10 Port A → Output 1 (7 Devices on this line)
While using an RDM-Software the Outputs are turning red(as they losse signal) after some minutes 2-10 minutes.
In this time there was at least 2 RDM-Messages per second and no DMX at all to trigger this Bug
The Input is still blinking White on RDM messages only the Outputs are down.
Only Hardreset fixes this issue
If the DMX port LEDs are flashing red/blue whilst DMX is being received, this means there are RDM responders still being processed. You should find that eventually these LEDs will go back to solid blue, however this may take time depending on how many commands are being processed.
Please could you confirm what RDM software you are using?
I have logged your report on our system (reference NETRON-162), to allow us to investigate further.
This is bag, because this Blocks DMX from being send to the Devices. And it makes no sence to wait so long for Responses.
As Spec it should timeout after 2.8mS
The software being used has not yet been released to the public. However, it has a code coverage of over 90%, and no other splitter or node has any issues with it.
But what i can say, is there wase 7 Devices connected, after unplugging 6 of them, the Software tryed to reach the 6 disconnected devices every 5s, while one device was still connected.
