I’m new to Onyx and trying to help out a church that has the PC version and they have some Chauvet DJ ColorStrip LED bars that I can’t turn off if they’re on, or on if they’re off. I also can’t control the color. When I open up the programmer for those fixtures it desn’t show me intensity. They also have some brand LED Zoom Pars that DO show intensity and color controls. In addition, when I have both of these fixtures in cues, the zoom pars fade changing cues, but the bars only snap on or off. Color snaps as well but I can’t change or control color on them. I know they are contollable by the software because they do change with cues or presets… just only snap (which could be a setting on the fixture I presume). Any ideas??
