What ONYX console are you using?
Are you outputting Art-Net from ONYX? If so, Universe 1 in ONYX is mapped to Art-Net universe 0. Therefore, please bear this offset in mind when configuring universes in Resolume.
Does Resolume appear in ONYX in Menu > EtherDMX > Devices? If not, try enabling Broadcast Art-Net in ONYX from Menu > EtherDMX > Settings.

If not, in Onyx please go to Menu > EtherDMX > Settings. Then, ensure that Art-Net is enabled on the network interface you are using, and ensure sACN is disabled. Then, enable the Art-Net “Override” settings, and enter the IP address of your Resolume PC. Make sure that the universe range is configured to send the universes you want Resolume to receive. Then click Apply, and see whether that has helped.
If the Art-Net Monitor in Resolume is still not receiving data, please try running a third-party test tool on the Resolume PC, such as DMX Workshop. If this does receive the data from ONYX, this confirms your network and ONYX is configured correctly.

Have you created a loop back network interface in windows? This is a prerequisite for artnet communication on a single computer
