I’m trying to set custom highlight/lowlight presets based on the online manual and YouTube videos. They seem to record but when I activate the highlight/lowlight they only display full DMX values, thus all I get for either is white at full, or off as I step through with “Next.” I’ve tried multiple times with multiple different fixtures and I get tthe same result each time.
