How to set the intensity from 0 to 100%, but need to have a similar dimming curve, instead of set it from lighting fixture dimming curve
What I understand is that you want to change the brightness change per percent in the fixture parameters. This is not possible to users as far as I know. However, what you can do is create a couple of steps along your desired dimming curve and save them in a cue list, then change the cuelist to an Override and enable Q-Blender. The fader of that cuelist will follow along the preset steps you created.
