been pulling my hair out for a few days not setting up EN12i and BS10 wall switches. Wiring diagrams make perfect sense but couldn’t for the life of me figure out why there wasn’t a comprehensive user guide with menu maps and setting information (no links under the BS10 or EN12i documentation)
Finally gave up and asked ChatGPT to look for settings information an it pulled the EN12 user guide.
SERIOUSLY- why isn’t this documentation linked on the product page???
With the recent firmware V3, some functions are not available through CLU and must be done in the Web UI of the node. Its also important to make sure the firmware version and the web version of the node are the same.
that makes sense. Web UI has been unusable since running the v3 update.
Maybe if there was documentation these kind of mistakes could be avoided…

Really sorry for the wasted time and confusion caused by this. When our website was migrated to our new platform, it looks like the EN series user guide was not added to the EN12i webpage. I have now added this resource to the EN12i webpage…
Is this EN12i now configured and running as intended?
