Had an issue this morning where certain fixtures in a Dylos zone would not get any output from Dylos. We have some battens and a few pixel light bars in two separate zones. A few of the Battens would output but none of the pixel bars and about 6 of the 14 battens would not output either. Upon looking up the live output tab, we could see that Dylos was outputting, but only certain fixtures showed values, the ones that were working properly. I checked the 2D plan to make sure no zone boundaries changed, but they all were inside their respective boundary, but the fixtures were blank in the 2D zone for the ones which were not outputting. I then rebooted the computer and it corrected the issue. One thing to note, when I closed Onyx, I got a “Class Error,” which I acknowledged before I continued to reboot the system. Also, the Live Output module would not work on some screens, as it will not display any values. Probably unrelated, but I figured I would mention it.

Could you have had manual values for these fixtures in the programmer, that were overriding DyLOS?
As you could not replicate this issue after restarting, it may be difficult to troubleshoot. However, if you could send a copy of your show file to support@obsidiancontrol.com, we will be able to investigate.
