EP1 works fine one at a time but lags with two or more on the network

ETC ION running most recent version. I have 3 EP1 Nodes connected through an unmanaged POE 8 port Netgear switch. I’ve tried different IP addresses, all with the same outcome. Moving lights will work for a few seconds (4-15) then pause for a few seconds (4 to 15) then go again. I checked DMX latency and everything is within spec. I tried switching DMX refresh rates as well and haven’t gotten any other results. When I only have one node plugged in, there’s no issue. I also tried a Cisco SF300-24P POE Managed switch and had the same issues. Nodes are firmware v. 2.9.4.

Anyone else have a similar issue?
