I am getting this error when I try to install both the Beta and the latest stable release. Have tried numerous things found on the forum (e.g., for the 27502 errors) to no avail.
Please help. We’re dead in the water.
Clear or remove the directory:
C:\ProgramData\Obsidian Control Systems\Onyx\DataStorage
And try again

I read on FB this didn’t fix your problem? Could you send me your installer log (most recent MSI*.log file containing the text ONYX.msi in the %TEMP% folder), or run AnyDesk and PM me your ID so I could remote in?
