As mentioned via FB, it sounds like there is something in your show file causing the issue. Please email this to us, to allow us to investigate further.
I’d love to send the show file but honestly it only has four fixtures programmed to a basic timecoded show. Nothing that would cause it to crash and it never crashed until 4.30 update, it was fine on the latest 4.10. I’ll just wait a while for a new update that’s stable. I moved over to my Chamsys for the time being. I’ll leave the NX1 and PC until a later date.
We are not aware of any crashes in v4.30, and we have not received any other reports. Therefore, we will need your show file to allow us to ensure these issues do not occur in the next software update.
