FN function keys in pages

Hi to all talking about the FN function keys, do you think it would be possible to make the FN KEYS work by pages?
(page1) FN 1 to FN 8,
(page 2 ) FN 9 to FN 16 and so on .
Or maybe can you give us a chance to map them from 13 onwards by letters on keyboard?

I have a similar doubt. I have a macro keyboard and I wanted to use the function keys but I want to use 13 from 1 to 12 on the notebook keyboard. but I don’t know if it’s possible.
