issues with error message 27502 still

Software Version: 4.10.1271
PC OS Version: Windows 10, 22h2
i7 10th gen processor

Since long time ago, i wanted to start using onyx again, but an error message 27502 keeps me from installing the onyx, i tried an older version, same issue.
no idea what i can do more, there was a tip about the sqllocal to be updated, but didnt work out as well, what to do?
