Hey guys, we have been having an issue when our lights will freeze, but onyx continues to advance through the cues. We have to hit the reset button on our Netron EP4 in order to fix it. Any ideas? It started happening about a month or so ago. We hadn’t updated software or firmware, have done both since then.
