I started running into the problem of not being able to get past the loading splash screen and not being able to uninstall Onyx because of a SQL error. I know its a common occurrence and have searched the forum regularly for advice and nothing works except doing a complete Windows reset anytime it happens. I run Onyx at my regular venue on a Windows system and cannot afford to reset Windows completely every time this happens. I have messaged Onyx support about a week ago but have not gotten a reply.
I am running Onyx software version 4.2.1057 on a Windows 10 machine. Windows is fully updated.
If anyone can help, please advise me on how to remedy the errors.
