Lost one key & computer but have grey martin lightjockey dongle

Hello,

I am trying to help a high school get their lighjockey one-key 2 universe dongle working on lighjockey or onyx. They lost the original computer they had it on or cannot find it but I found the dongle on the floor. They used to have the one-key usb drive but we cannot find it. How can I get it working and what computer or software can it work on. Looking for the easiest way to get a replacement key and download the software. Thank you for your help.

We would recommend upgrading to an NX DMX…

NX DMX

When connected to a PC running ONYX, this will unlock 4 universes of output, allowing two of those universes to be output from the NX DMX.

If you would like to use your old hardware, please take photos of what you still have and share these, and we will be able to advise.
