MARTIN M-Touch DMX output doesn't work

hi all, i have a little issue with my MARTIN m-touch when I connect the DMX camble to DMX output: sometimes (almost always) the signal is not good, mostly with dimmer channels.
it is not a big issue cause I use mostly martin m-play and m-dmx dmx outputs (no problem with these), but I want to repair my M-TOUCH with a replacement part.
the question is, this one (for NX-TOUCH) is compatible?

second question: couldn’t be an hardware problem? (the console buttons and faders work well)

Yes this part works for the M-Touch.
