The lights I’m running are Shehds LED Beam + Wash 19x15W - The DMX values are saved in the fixture finder and I verified its correct by looking in the Light user manual. The Lights arent moving in the patterns shown in the Tilt Section Figure Movement. Please assist with a work around.

I’ve requested an update of this fixture profile on the 9th of September 2022 because it was not matching the fixture correctly, but I don’t remember what was wrong.
Maybe your fixture library isn’t up-to-date?
