Trying to get an EN12 to do anything, I set Cue 1 to the defaults and set it as the power up and signal loss default. Now the box is in a tight loop, apparently restarting constantly. It doesn’t respond to commands and returns to this state when power cycled.
Netron CLU can no longer detect the device.
How do I get it out of this condition??

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry to hear you have encountered this issue with your EN12. Upon powering the EN12, if it is showing the Netron logo on the OLED display whilst it boots, and then looping back to the Netron logo as soon as it finishes booting, this sounds like a potential hardware issue.
Please take a photo of the information stickers on the bottom of the EN12, and email these to support@obsidiancontrol.com
We will then be able to advise the best steps to getting the EN12 up and running.
