Hi there !
Any plan to add a view to see all the RDM devices such as lighting fixtures ? With then options to change the patch, mode or any other possible parameters ?
Thanks

We had some discussion but so far there is nothing specific planned to show RDM devices.
Thanks for the suggestions!
To enhance the user experience, consider implementing a dedicated RDM view within your application. This view should display all connected lighting fixtures, allowing users to easily access and modify parameters such as patch assignments, modes, and other relevant settings. By providing an intuitive interface, users can efficiency manage their RDM devices without unnecessary complexity.
Bumping this. Management of a rig via RDM in the pathscape software has been an absolute game-changer given that many venue rigs don’t necessarily have a console out when hosting guests. Being able to safe and restore the rig state is massive, and losing that ability has been the single largest complaint about installations that we’ve put EN12s in.
I dream that one day there will be good standalone RDMNet controller software but until then, we’re reliant on the nodes.
Hi @pyrosmiley
Welcome to the forum.
Thanks very much for the background information. This functionality is logged on our Netron feature tracking system (reference number NETRON-37).

Hello.
Any news on this RDM controler?
Thanks.
Thank you for your interest in this functionality. I have made a note of your request for this feature on our system.
In the meantime, I would recommend using DMX Workshop. This software will be able to discover Netron gateways using Art-Net, and allow for RDM discovery and configuration of connected fixtures.
DMX Workshop can be downloaded here…
