This is the 2nd time in just over a year I need to send our NX2 in for repair.
Please help. 
What’s the symptom?
Unniverse 4 freezing, then the entire board goes to a blue screen and has to be re-started… In the middle of a firmware update, the board crashed and now there is only a blinking white line at the bottom of the screen. It does run in PC mode, but we dont use it that way. I was able to load all content on a laptop and we are using a wing taken off another rig.
im guessing its out of warrantee, but I need to get this in for repair asap… I would have written sooner, I dont work at this venue anymore, im just helping out because its happened before.
