I have been using a nx dmx for a while now and it just stopped working. I went into my computer’s device manager and it is labeled as such. I have done nothing to tamper with the nx dmx it has just been sitting.
try it on a different pc. Also change to a different USB cable.
If that does not work you have to contact your local dealer for service.
