NX-W mid hardware off

Hi

Onyx 4.32.1302 with PC Windows 10 and NX-W connected

The software work perfectly

But the hardware no work.

Using the Console tester plugging only detect the MAIN Panel with right firmware.

Nop detect DMX-Outs PCB´s without light and MIDI interface off too.

Any suggestion to repair??

Please update your Windows 10 PC to ONYX 4.32.1307. You should find the NXW will then respond as expected.
