I have new NX Wing. In dmx settings I see this one as two different devices. As “NX WING” and as “NX2M2 DMX 1/2”
Also, at the same time have some problems with signal output(hope on soft level) , fixtures some times strobe, like there’s broken cable, but i plugged same dmx to the nx touch and everything was good.
So is it way to fix?
DMX PCB probably isn’t assigned properly, launch ConsoleTester and press the appropriate DMX port assignment buttons at the bottom of both USB DMX test panels; in the software you should also get proper control of universe assignment as well then
Looks like only strob problem remained
Ok, if you can’t isolate that to either a cabling issue or a fixture type issue (default values), I suggest you contact support
