Hello all!
My nx wing was working fine just Friday night. But now when I plug it into my pc it is no longer outputting any information.
I have changed the usb several times. Had it for one session. And now it’s gone again.
Software goes from free to nova when I power it on.
Nx touch works with all those same usb.
I did run the console tester, and the wing responds to all prompts. What else am I missing?
Hello, don’t you have 4 DMX ports? I only see 2… I also don’t see the license dongle, so I guess there’s at least an issue at the USB hub PCB. Please contact your local dealer or support, your device will probably need servicing.
I do have four dmx ports.and when I plug in the usb it will register nova (4 uni). But no other control
ok, and my guess is 2 of those ports don’t work at all (LEDs won’t lit up either). Buttons and faders will not work either in the software because the dongle is not found
