Just adding to confirm updating Windows works for me too. NX Wing, Onyx 4.32.1302, Win 11 24H2 on an Intel NUC. Was working fine, then went a few months without using. When I next started, small touchscreen and encoders wouldn’t work, playback faders and other buttons did. Checked for Windows updates and it indicated a Security update, which I did, restarted, and that solved it.
