I have a venue’s NX4 that I am repairing, now I know the solution is going to be just update the console which I am planning on doing, but I just want to make sure this isn’t deeper than that,
The hard DMX outputs in the back of the console looses connectivity randomly [RED LEDs] it’ll still stream DMX over sACN just fine [confirmed with ProPlex tester, and it’ll; be fine and then it’ll stop dmx over that Dmx card, power cycling will restore function but it’ll loose it again after a short while.
Onyx is outdated so one of the things I will do is update it but I just want to see if anyone has had the same issue and if this is a bug that’s fixed in v4.32 or if the bios update that came out last month fixes this issue… or if this has hardware issues that’ll need looked into
