How do I remedy?

If you encounter an OLE error during installation, restarting Windows usually clears the issue. After rebooting, run the ONYX installer again and it should complete normally.
If the issue is persisting, please could you provide a screenshot of the error?

I reinstalled Windows to no avail
Please try downloading the required installer package from the link below…

In the “Feature Unavailable” popup, please then click Browse, and choose the Installer in your Downloads. Please then continue the installation, and see whether it completes successfully.
