NX Console Type or PC OS Version: NX Wing
Over the weekend, everything in the church was shut down due to a bad storm. When all was restarted, one of the spotlights was strobing in one spot and no longer responded to board commands. The other spots did. This one spot does not turn off when program or board is turned off. What can I do to “reconnect” it?
I am very new to this so I apologize for my lack of expertise or knowledge. Thank you for your help.

Where does this fixture receive its DMX data from - is there a single DMX line from a DMX splitter to this one light, with no other lights connected to this DMX line? Or, are there other fixtures connected to the same DMX line?
Does the DMX address and mode set on the fixture, match the patch on the console? If you switch off all fixtures and the console, but then just turn on this fixture without the console, does it do anything? If it only starts to flash upon switching on the console, this could suggest the fixture’s address has changed.
