I’ve been trying to conect the onyx remote to the pc, at first, in my common wifi, wich have connection, everything was good, but when I change the router and connect it directly on the PC, it just doesnt work.
I’d like to know if that’s a router issue or something else.
What device are you using the remote on? (iPhone, iPad, etc). My guess is the IP address aren’t in the same subnet. Meaning when you hooked up the router to the PC directly it’s using a “generic” 169 or 192. If you are using an iPhone it maybe holding or pulling a different IP (especially if cellular data is enabled). I’d try confirming your computer IP and the device IP when the router is directly connected to the PC. But it should work.
