Onyx User Manual as PDF?

The online Onyx User Manual is great, so great that I’d love to read it through on paper. For some reason, I absorb information better that way. I don’t suppose there’d be a PDF version of the manual that I could download, would there?

I know I could click on each page of the online pages and print them each to PDF, but kill me now.
