PRE-SELECT FOR NEXT GO requires GO to be pressed TWICE

Expected Behaviour:
With PRE-SELECT FOR NEXT GO selected, I’d expect to:

  1. select a cue
  2. press GO once to run the selected cue
  3. press GO a second time to advance to the next cue in the cuelist.

What actually happens (Onyx ver 4.2.1057.0):
With PRE-SELECT FOR NEXT GO selected:

  1. select a cue
  2. pressing GO once runs the selected cue correctly
  3. however the second GO re-runs the same selected cue
  4. then the third GO advances to the next cue in the cuelist.

This is confusing and causes mis-cues, please fix.

Is this while you are in Timecode mode?

Probably related to Timecode mode, yes.

First experienced the issue in Showfile with Internal Timecode enabled and Cuelists with Timecode macros.

  • Issue remains in the affected Showfile once Timecode is disabled in Settings
  • Issue remains in the affected Showfile once Timecode is disabled in Settings and all Timecode macros removed from one test Cuelist
  • Issue doesn’t occur on a new test Showfile that has never had Timecode enabled
  • Now can’t replicate issue on the new test Showfile (that has never had Timecode enabled) tried enabling Timecode in Settings and added a Timecode Macro to a cuelist.
