Prioritizer error!

Hello,

I have a prioritizer error (Onyx can’t load the “prioritizer”)

Recently I did a upgrade on my laptop to version 4.10.1263 and I’m always getting the same message/error mentioned above.
I upgraded from 4.2.1057.

I’ve already reached out to Obsidian support (e-mail) but sadly didn’t get any response yet.
It’s been almost 10 days since I sent that email.
So I hope that someone here could help me because I have stuff to do and I can’t wait for them to give me a solution.

My laptop is running Windows 10 Home, everything is updated.

Have you tried uninstalling 4.10 and installing again yet?

Hi @Dinas

I have just checked our system, and it looks like one of the team replied to your support email last week the same day we received it. I’m assuming our reply may have ended up in your junk.

Please try the suggestion below, and let us know how you get on…

Edward

Hi Edward,

Actually no, I haven’t got a real reply. I’m checking the spam folder regulary in hope to receive a solution.
After I sent an email, 2 days have passed and I got this
"A new support request has been created and assigned #812391.
One of our team members will follow-up with you as soon as possible. "

And now it’s been 8 days since that.

About reinstalling, yes I tried it but no luck… the issue is the same.

That error is typically due to leftovers from older installations (and since you’re coming from 4.2…). Could you therefor run the cleanup utility (Obsidian Control Systems) and try installing again? If that still doesn’t work, we’ll need a remote session to fix your system.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work.
I tried 3 times the same thing…
uninstalling, restart, running cleanup tool, restart, installing.
And I tried without restarting.

ok, could you then download and run Remote on that system and send the address to support@obsidiancontrol.com?

Yes, I downloaded it and I sent it
