Hello,
Since this morning, we have been experiencing issues with the Onyx Wing console.
First, the console license was not recognized, so it was detected by the computer but did not unlock the licenses. We updated to version 4.32.1311. Now the license is unlocked, but there was an error when updating the Wing’s firmware, and it is no longer usable.
I am looking for a way to force the import of the driver folder into the wing without going through the Onyx internal update program, which does not allow this.
I have contacted Onyx support but have not received a response yet.

Welcome to the Obsidian Forums! I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with your NX-Wing. I would suggest waiting for the official response from support since you have already emailed them. That will be the best option in this situation. They can advise and provide instructions as needed.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from Obsidian support, and I have a show this weekend.. I am urgently looking for a way to import the original firmware without using the Onyx program.
