RDM10 Port 9 & 10 went down

Hi, while using the RDM10, it occures that Port 9 and 10 stoped sending DMX, and RDM while the Other Ports keep working, the LED Indicator was lit up like the other Ports

does a power cycle recover the ports?

Yes this what iv done back then, and it recovered the Ports, but this shold not happen.

It Happend again with FW: v9.2

Are there any settings for 9/10 that are different, like a merger for example?

Its simple Booster no ArtNet, no Merging, nothing

MA 4-Port → RDM10 → Devices
