Hello! I noticed while trying to setup an RDM10 via CLU, that any setting changes I made to input A or B did not seem to take effect on my device - same when I tried using the web interface. I can make changes to the output ports just fine, but have to make input changes from the front panel.

Please could you confirm which Web version the RDM10 is running? This can be confirmed from Menu > Information > Software Version.
I have tested this on an RDM10 running v2.9.5 (Web 2.9.6), and Input A and Input B can be configured from CLU or a browser as expected.
If you are running an earlier version of the Web version, and would like to update, I’d recommend using the “Recovery” option in CLU. You will then be able to choose the 2.9.6.img file from the v2.9 folder.

Hey Edward! Thanks for the guidance! The unit was in fact running Web 2.9.4 - now updated to Web 3.0.0. I can now make the desired changes to inputs via the web interface, it does seem that CLU still has an issue doing so however.
This works for me right now - I’ll downgrade to 2.9.6 if I need CLU control in the future.
