Just starting with onyx and seeing if this is a known issue? Requested Volux Cuepar X2 which was uploaded extremely quick, set up in the patch like anything else but it won’t display Intensity or Color in the 2D plan.
Just curious if this happens sometimes?

This issue may be related to the fixture featuring Cyan LED emitters. We are currently investigating this.

I was made aware from support that using 3 channel mode for now does allow the feedback to be displayed so atleast there is that.
