Rotating fixtures in 2D Plan in single fulcrum

Hello, anyone know how to rotate the fixture I selected all toghether as if they were in a single fulcrum. I try to explain better in images:

But when i use rotate functions (relative and absolute, I didn’t understand the difference yet) I have this:

As far as I know there is no way to do this.
