Second touch screen not working after 1057 install on m1

Mouse pointer is glitching out

The issue is that the mouse pointer is glitching up and the blue loading circle pops up and disappears every second or so. Everything seems to work ok, but having the mouse pointer act all fidgety is kinda unnerving and annoying. We recently hooked up a viewsonic touch screen to the vga output on our m2go to go along with the Elo we already have plugged into the other monitor output in order to be using dual screen mode.
