[SELECTION] @ Parameter x THRU y THRU z ENTER not working

In the Onyx manualy, I see under Commandline → Commandline Reference → Command Line examples: “Parameter Commands”. The last row in the table says “[SELECTION] @ Parameter Button 0 THRU 100 THRU 0 ENTER”: “Spread the Value across the [SELECTION] from 0% to 100% to 0% (e.g. @ Iris 0 > 100 > 0 Enter)”

I select some fixtures, then “@”, then click “Red” parameter, then “100 THRU 83 THRU 100 ENTER”.

But nothing happens in the programmer… I’ve tried multiple variants of this but nothing works. Is this a known issue?

I can confirm that I tried many different “commands” and could only get Intensity to behave as intended.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I have logged this as ONYX-1103 on our system, to allow our software team to investigate further.

Two-point and three-point parameter fanning can be achieved through the graphical fanning tool in the Channel Visualiser as expected.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks @Edward. That is what I’ve done as a workaround, but isn’t quite as precise as the command line and a bit clunkier. Would be great if the command line were fixed

Thanks!

No problem at all - we’ll get this fixed in a future update.
