Good morning all,

I am having issues with this fixture and was hoping someone here had a solution. The primary issue I’m having is that the light flickers with any level of intensity in 16 channel mode. The second and more annoying is that the light basically doesn’t work in 24 channel mode. I can get the macro lights to work but no intensity control at all… either with the macros or the standards color selection.

I was told there was a possible profile to resolve these but I have not figured it out.

The profile already exists but is incorrect. I’ve asked in the Facebook group and didn’t get an answer so I asked here.

If I’m not wrong, I’ve requested this profile some years ago, and used it quite regularly, it works fine (I’ve analysed the fixture before requesting the DMX profile, because the documentation was quite off VS the reality).

But, as that’s chinese fixture, maybe between version of the fixture, the DMX charts can vary a bit?
