I think the Lightjockey support unfortunately not so good!
I bought a few new heads and wanted to pass a new fixture for the LJ is nothing for 3 weeks. Now I have made the fixture myself. Now I would also make this fixture available to other LJ users.
is this possible?
Too bad that the support is not so good. the software will not be developed anymore. Still, this is one of the best software for LJ s

Just curious, but how did you submit the request for your fixtures?

Did you use the following link and submit all required documentation?

Also it is my understanding that they are still developing LJ. Take a look at the following posts from Matthias.

that’s exactly how I did it.
It’s been over 3 weeks now, and nothing has happened.
what a shame.
I have already asked for Elation but LJ is not developed anymore! these were just bug fixes!

Apologies for the delay in the fixture profile. Our editor got a bit behind but you will receive this soon.
As you pointed out no new feature development will happen on LightJockey but we are happy to continue to offer hardware packages and library updates for it.
