Timecode - TC Follow has to be toggled sometimes

Hi there !

We a running a timecoded show here. It is our first time doing it on Onyx. It seems that sometimes, we have to toggle the TC Follow off and on again for Timecode to be working.

Any reason that would be ? Does it go offline somehow after a specific action is performed ?

Welcome to the forum.

To allow a Timecode cuelist to be triggered by the incoming timecode, the cuelist must be already active, must not currently be paused, and must have TC Follow enabled.

Thanks for the fast answer.

But these elements were all present whenever we ran into the issue. We created macros that specifically make sure our necessary cuelists are active, and on ‘‘play’’.

When the issue arises, we simply toggle TC Follow off and on again, and timecode resumes right away.
I don’t think it happened during the show, it did here and there while we were programming, and like I said, we just flipped TC Follow off and on and it instantly came back. So it might have to do with an action that we performed during programming.
