Touchscreen issue

I am using Onyx with a M-Play board, and I just bought an USBC touchscreen. So i have created a view for the touchscreen and overall, it works very great! However some press I do does not work or has strange behavior. Exemple, in the left menu, all buttons would work but the before last button would make the menu scrool down. The down arrow would also make the menu scrool down as supposed. Also, when I press some groups it would not work. However, windows does register the touch as it show a small animation when I press the screen, and the animation is at the good place. So would you know why sometimes, onyx would not respond to the touch (everything works fine with a mouse).

Eu notei um comportamento similar quando utilizei acesso remoto ou tela estendida via LAN com um Tablet. No windows em geral tudo funciona mas os toques no ONYX nĂŁo funcionam tĂŁo bem.

Happy to see I am not the only one! This is a secondary monitor.

Will try to contact support. Thanks!

I have the same problem now… How did you fix it?

Hi @dak5

Welcome back to the forum.

This behaviour is likely due to the “Automatic Window Scaling”, which is enabled in ONYX by default. With this enabled, all touchscreens connected to ONYX must be configured to the same Display Scaling settings in Windows. If the touchscreens cannot be set to the same display scaling, Automatic Window Scaling needs to be disabled in ONYX.

This setting can be turned on or off in the “Window Behaviour” options, which can be found at the bottom of ONYX > Menu > General > Preferences. This option also provides a link directly to Windows Settings > System > Display settings. After changing these settings, it is recommended to restart Windows.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.
