Unattended Access For AnyDesk?

Software Version: 4.32.1302
NX Console Type or PC OS Version: NX1-16

Hi there, quick question about AnyDesk on the NX1-16.

Is there any way to enable unattended access for remote connection?

We’ve installed an NX1-16 for a client who would like the ability to remotely access the console in emergencies or for basic troubleshooting, especially since their team consists mostly of non-technical volunteers. When testing on our ONYX on PC setup, we didn’t see any options to configure unattended access, so I wanted to confirm whether this capability exists on the NX1-16 hardware currently—or if it’s planned for the future.

If not, our fallback plan would be to place a PC running ONYX on PC in the same X-Net session for remote access instead (for tasks like checking fixture patch, reviewing fader levels, or running cuelists).

Thanks so much!

Hi @frankschabell

Unattended access cannot be enabled on ONYX consoles. Remote access can only be enabled by manually launching the Remote Support utility.

This is the best option to provide this functionality.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
