Universe Allocation stuck on 2,1,2,1

Hi all, I saw a topic about this problem on some Onyx users Facebook page but there was no definitive answer/solution.

Lately my system always starts up with a ‘wrong’ universe to port configuration, see attached pic. I can re-configure it and it accepts the new configuration (1, 2, 3, 4) but whenever I re-start Onyx, it returns to the ‘wrong’ configuration, and I have to re-configure again.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Welcome back to the forum.

This issue can occur when the NX Wing’s firmware is out of date. To check your NX Wing’s current firmware, please go to ONYX > Menu > Tools > Diagnostic > Firmware Update. You should see two DMX devices listed, which should be running firmware v4.14.
